How to read bug reports
A useful issues page should show the symptom, likely scope, workaround, and whether the problem is confirmed or only reported. That prevents players from wasting rare items while debugging.
If a problem disappears after switching servers, say that clearly. Server-specific bugs need different advice from account-wide bugs.
High-risk issues
Gift, ticket, trading, and stock issues are higher risk than visual bugs because they can cost currency or rare items. Put those near the top of the page.
For visual or animation issues, suggest session switching and delay spending until the state looks normal again.
